History
In 2006 three Foundations were established:
1-Mahrati foundations for construction and contracting.
2-Al-etisal almehwari Foundation.
3-Al- kayan almaktaby Foundation.
In 2014, three other Foundation were established:
1-Maarij w amn Foundation for safety tools and systems.
2-Al sarh alraqamy Foundation for security systems.
3-Daleel al agheza Foundation.
And in 2018, all of these institutions were merged to become one entity with integrated fields under the name of SFC Company Limited.
